Second Winds

Hello Band Followers! I hear that some of you have been a bit worried about Second Winds, and whether our wonderful band will survive this pandemic: My short answer is – YES! Our board is working to  develop ways to share information about Second Winds (via a newsletter,  Facebook,  the website) and have a weekly (but short) Zoom  meeting  on  Monday evenings during our normal rehearsal time.

Sometimes during  this pandemic, it is hard to find something good to think about! But let me give you something to consider: How many of you during the last few months have become more proficient on our electronic devices? I have! I often winced when somebody told me to try something new (electronically speaking)! I still wince, but not as much! I have learned that when approaching a new technology to approach it with an open mind, and (usually) the effort is rewarded with a new skill!
